Nicholas Blahosky

September 20, 1988 — February 28, 2020

Alexandria

Our beloved son, dad, grandson, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin and friend Nicholas Gerald Blahosky, “Nick”, “Dude”, was called home to be with Jesus, on February 28, 2020.  Nick was born on September 20, 1988 in Cloquet, Minnesota to Jodi (Blahosky) Lee.  Nick and his mom immediately started their life together along with Mark, Jesse and Kobe Lee in Alexandria, MN.

Nick graduated from Jefferson High School in 2007, going on to working in excavation with his dad and brother.  Nick was a free spirit who loved hockey, skiing, snowboarding and funny movies.  He always had a smile for his family or anyone he met.  Nick’s smile and laugh was so contagious that it captured your heart like his pure soul with a sparkle in his eye.  He was simply loved by all!

The most beautiful days of his life were when his son, Bromli was born, which was equal to the day he accepted Jesus Christ into his life when he was baptized in 2016, at New Life Church.  Nick gave more than just his smile and heart, he found extreme joy in talking, playing and providing gifts to all children as well as contributing to Praise FM as he loved listening to Christian Music.  He always gave selflessly.

Nick looked at life like God would have, like a beautiful canvas of endless possibilities, all beautiful through God’s eyes.

Nick is survived by his parents: Jodi & Mark Lee; son Bromli; brother, Jesse (Jenna) Lee, sister, Kobe (Hayden) Bradley, “sister at heart”, Alicia (Andrew) Blahosky; grandparents: Gerald & Ramona Blahosky, Pat Frommel; as well as loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.  He is preceded in death by his grandparents: Marvin & Dorothy Lee; George Frommel.

His beautiful Christ like spirit will live in all of our hearts forever.  Nick’s legacy will forever be that all of us will choose to love each other as Jesus loves us so we can all be together in paradise.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 5, 2020, 4:00 – 7:00 PM at the Anderson Funeral Home.  Funeral service will be held on Friday, March 6, 2020, 1:00 PM at VIE Church in Alexandria with visitation one hour prior at the church.
