Jenny Stahl, 55 of Alexandria, MN died on Friday, August 21st, 2020 at Bethany on the Lake in Alexandria, MN due to Pancreatic Cancer.

Jenny Carol was born May 23rd, 1965, the daughter of David Knutson, and JoAnn Vogt in Benson, MN. She attended school in Alexandria graduating in 1983. She then went to college and graduated with an associate degree in accounting. Jenny worked for over 20 years at Zion Lutheran Church and School where she started a free program for kids to come have breakfast and lunch, this was called the “Summer Food Service Program”.

Jenny enjoyed life with her significant other Joe Cook, and their dog Molly. She also has 3 sons Josh, Kory and Ethan who were her world, and she would do anything for her boys. She enjoyed family time, ice fishing trips with her boys and Joe, rides in the boat, the casino, and most of all cooking and baking. As her youngest son Ethan would say “mom made sure everyone was fed and happy, and she wouldn’t take any lip from anybody”.

Jenny is survived by her significant other Joe Cook; sons Josh (Amanda Kugler) Rieck, Kory (Kayla Kimber) Rieck, and Ethan Stahl; parents David (Nancy) Knutson, JoAnn (Dennis Bleess) Vogt; brother Troy Knutson; uncles, aunts, and cousins.

She is preceded in death by her grandparents, uncles, and aunts.

Visitation will be Wednesday, August 26th, 2020 from 4:00 pm- 7:00 pm at Anderson Funeral Home in Alexandria, MN.
