Todd Allen Rohloff, the son of Gerald and JoAnn (Molden) Rohloff, was born in Morris, Minnesota, on October 9, 1968. Todd grew up in Hancock, MN and was baptized in November of 1968, and confirmed in April of 1982, at St. John’s Lutheran Church. He graduated from Hancock High School in the Class of 1988 and continued his education at Southwestern Technical College in Granite Falls, studying Fluid Power Technology. Todd worked at various places in his life including, Hancock Concrete, Precision Fitting and Valve in Minneapolis, and Armor Glass factory in St. Croix, WI. In 2007, Todd moved to Benson, MN, where he owned his own trucking company, hauling turkeys and grain for farmers in the area. He then, moved to Brainerd, and worked various jobs for the last 11 years.
He had an infectious laugh, great smile, kind heart and great personality. He had mechanical mind which helped him easily fix things and rebuild cars. Todd was happiest being outside, hunting, fishing, camping or hanging out with his family. Todd’s big laugh and stories while sitting by the bonfire, will be fond memories his family and friends will cherish.
Todd A. Rohloff, died on Thursday, January 12, 2023, at the Essential Health St. Joseph's Medical Center in Brainerd, MN at the age of 54 years old.
He is survived by his loving mother, JoAnn Rohloff-Vergin of Alexandria; brother, Terry (Heidi) Rohloff of Alexandria; nephews and nieces, Zach (Allison) Rohloff and their children Ellie and Zayden, Nicole Rohloff of Alexandria and her child Kamryn, Alexa Rohloff of Alexandria and Zander Rohloff of Alexandria; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father, Gerald Rohloff; Molden grandparents and Rohloff grandparents; and uncles, Jerry Molden and Gaylon Rohloff.
A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, January 18, 2023, at 11 AM at the Anderson Funeral Home Chapel in Alexandria.
Todd's Memorial Service will be livestreamed and can be viewed on his obituary page on the funeral home's website.
A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the chapel on Wednesday.
Interment will be in Lakeside Cemetery in Hancock, MN in the Spring.
