Stephanie Ann Maloney

Stephanie Ann Maloney was born on June 4, 1946, in Alexandria, Minnesota the daughter of Marian Maloney & Harvey Muzik. She grew up on a farm near Lowry and was raised by her aunt and uncle Olaf and Elizabeth Olson. They raised her like their own and she created many wonderful memories there with her cousins and their families. Stephanie attended Ben Wade Country School. In her younger years she did some babysitting for families in the area and later on worked at the DAC doing different jobs.

In the early 1990’s she moved to Prairie Community Homes which she loved and cherished the people there. Some of her favorite activities at the group home were Holiday parties and being a part of their Prom were special events for her.

Stephanie had a wonderful memory and would never forget someone's name or birthday. She was a very faithful person who loved music and watching movies.

Stephanie died on Tuesday, December 30, 2025. She is survived by several cousins, and her group home family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, aunt & uncle, Elizabeth & Olaf Olson and several other family members.

Visitation will be held on Friday, January 9, 2026, 12:00 – 1:00 PM at the Anderson Funeral Home with a Funeral Service at 1:00 PM. Burial will be at St. Mary’s Cemetery.
