Patricia Lane (White) Knutson was born on April 28th, 1938 to Robert and Lois White in Minneapolis MN. That's where she grew up, went to school and eventually met her husband, John Knutson, and were married on April 6th, 1963. Patti and John raised four children in Richfield, MN. In 1989 Patti, John and Kelli moved to Alexandria, MN as John worked for the Soo Line Railroad. They had a home on Lake Geneva, and Patti got a job at American Cleaners. Their home was welcomed to all family, friends and grandchildren. Patti and Johnny loved their home they made for everyone.
Patti was a ray of sunshine and never failed to make someone's day. She always had a smile on her face and was always positive about life. She loved to spend her time with family, friends and her Bagel Ladies. She enjoyed attending church and had so much faith in her everyday life. Patti loved to laugh, talk for hours and was always up for anything. Her favorite thing was to give big hugs and a kiss, or to spend hours setting her hair. Patti also loved doing her makeup, always completing her look with her signature lip stick, 762 Divine Wine.
Patti will be remembered for her love that she gave everyone in complete selflessness. She never had a complaint and was a fighter until the end. Patti will be deeply missed by all that crossed her path. She will forever be loved by her children, grandkids, family, and many friends.
Patti is survived by her four children: Karen (Jeff) Edberg, Kelli Knutson (RJ Nodland), Tim (Cindy) Knutson and Tom Knutson; her sister and best friend: Sue and brother-in-law: Ron Patterson. Patti was a wonderful and caring grandmother to: Chad, Nick, Jared, Nicole, Ryan, Kayla, Emily, Shaun, Savannah, Connor, Ana, Ava; and two great-grandchildren: Jack and Aspen.
