Patricia Rose Carroll

Patricia Rose Carroll was born on November 27, 1932, in the country outside of Evansville. She was the daughter of William Webb and Annie Pehan. Pat went to school in Brandon, Minnesota and graduated from St. Cloud Beauty School. She moved to Granite Falls, Minnesota and opened the Granite Falls Beauty Shop.

On November 25, 1957, Pat married Palmer Peterson at St. Andrews Catholic Church. They continued to live in Granite Falls until 1969 when they decided to move back to Brandon, Minnesota. Pat worked for the Douglas County Public Health as a home health aid. She enjoyed taking care of patients and worked as a home health aid until her retirement. After Pat’s retirement she volunteered for 12 years at the Evansville kindergarten room. She enjoyed being with the young students.

In 1983, Pat married Leslie Carroll at St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Brandon, Minnesota. She continued living on the farm until 2019 when Pat moved into the Brandon apartments.

Pat is survived by her daughter Therese Peterson of Brandon, MN, son Michael (Cathy) Peterson of Dayton, OH, grandchildren Adam Peterson of Dayton, OH, granddaughters Jackie (Ethan) Buckmeier of Liberty, IN, and Elizabeth (Raymond) Fredette of Dayton, OH, and great grandchildren, Daniel, James, Lucy, and William of Liberty, IN, and Augustine of Dayton, OH. Pat is preceded in death by her daughter, Paula Peterson Meissner, and previously widowed from Palmer Peterson and Leslie Carroll.

Patricia Rose Carroll, age 91 of Brandon, MN, died on Monday, December 18, 2023, at her home in Brandon.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, December 29, 2023, at 11 AM at St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Brandon, MN.

A Visitation will take place on Thursday, December 28, 2023, from 4-7 PM at St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Brandon with a 4 PM Prayer Service and a 6:30 PM Rosary.

A visitation will continue one hour prior to the Mass on Friday at the church.

Interment will be in the St. Ann’s Catholic Cemetery.
