Marlene Christopherson

Marlene Helen Christopherson was born July 27, 1946, in Minneapolis MN, the daughter of Walter and Helen (Weresuik) Christopherson. She was baptized on July 13, 1947, in Minneapolis, MN and lived in Crystal MN for 71 years.

Marlene was a talented cake decorator and ran the Christy Bake Shop in Plymouth, MN, for 37 years.  After the bakery closed, Marlene went to work as a Pharmacy Tech in Champlin, MN. She also worked at Thriftway Foods as a cashier until her retirement.

Marlene passed away June 18, 2022, at the Legacy of St. Michael at the age of 75 years old.

She is survived by her brother, Mark (Cathy) Christopherson and her nieces and nephews, Jenny, Luke (Kelli) and Hayley.  She is preceded in death by her parents, brother Charles, and sister Carol.

Marlene was blessed to have so many lifelong friends.

A Graveside Service will take place at Oakhill Cemetery rural Garfield MN, on Friday July 15, 2022, at 10:00 AM.
