Lorna Esther Hedstrom was born on November 4, 1930 in Hewitt, Minnesota the daughter of Otto and Mable (Johnson) Jahnke.
Lorna was united in marriage to Quinton Hedstrom on September 11, 1948. To this union two sons were born Rocky O. and Michael. Family was important to Lorna and she will be remembered as a wonderful mom and grandma.
Lorna died on Thursday, January 15, 2026, at Grand Arbor in Alexandria. She is survived by her sons: Rocky (Paulette) Hedstrom, Michael (Lois) Hedstrom; grandchildren: Rocky G., Jonathan, Daniel, Jodi, Randy, and Stacy and 8 great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Quinton; granddaughter, Jennifer; sisters: Irene, Lorraine, Leona, Eleanor, and Rosemary.
A private graveside service will take place this Spring at Evergreen Cemetery.
