Josh spent his years in college enjoying learning, ending up on the deans list six times. He studied environmental law in Colorado. He loved nature and the universe who wanted it to be protected and preserved far into the future. Josh loved all creatures, especially birds. He loved traveling to places where bird migration was the largest and the best. He would take pictures and share them with others who enjoyed the same hobby. Josh was a sensitive soul who loved his independence but showed great empathy for others. Reading was his favorite past time; he loved books before he could read and never wanted a toy as a child but desired a book instead. This love of books followed him into adulthood. Josh would never have hinted he had a great voice but those close to him may have heard him hum on and off, his favorite song was Simon and Garfunkel’s – Sound of Silence.
